How are the pieces made?
LACORDE’s bags and accessories are individually designed and made by hand. This process introduces small differences that give each creation a character of its own.
When will I receive my order?
Catalogue pieces are delivered within mainland Spain in 10 to 15 calendar days from payment confirmation, including the time needed to make them. Delivery times for bespoke commissions vary according to the complexity of the piece and are agreed before the commission is confirmed. Delivery costs €4 per order when the products total less than €50, and is free for product totals of €50 or more.
Can I commission a bespoke piece?
Yes. Share your idea, occasion and preferences. That conversation will guide a proposal and a tailored quotation.
Where can I find materials and measurements?
Each bag’s product page includes materials, measurements and care, alongside photographs of the piece and its details.
Do you accept rush orders?
We do not offer rush orders. Every piece needs time to be made; if you have a particular date in mind, please check it before confirming your commission.
